Thomas J. Cusick, Managing Director

Mr. Cusick is the founder and managing director of East Peak Capital (formerly Tam Capital Partners). Mr. Cusick has over twenty years of experience in private equity and corporate development. His experience includes venture capital, buyouts, consolidations and secondary acquisitions. Prior to East Peak Capital, Mr. Cusick was a managing director for CIBC Capital Partners where he was responsible for leading the firm’s west coast investment activity. He has completed direct and secondary investments in over thirty companies and served as a Director on numerous boards. Mr. Cusick has also held senior corporate development roles for Accenture and Koll Management Services, a private equity-backed industry consolidation. In addition, Mr. Cusick was a senior management consultant for Ernst & Young focused on emerging private companies.

In addition to his professional affiliations, Mr. Cusick has been actively involved with Harvard Business School and the Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He currently sits on the advisory board for the Albers School of Business at Seattle University.

Mr. Cusick received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California.
